colleagues. A code specially assigned to you will be embedded
in two places in the brochure. When the person you give
it to orders a book directly from us, we'll pay you $5.00.
Payments are made at the end of each month.
Free shipping is offered in the brochure to encourage the buyer to buy
directly from us.
